Welcome to The Bridal Lounge.... You will have time to look through the dresses and selected what you would like to try. You will be guided through your appointment with Charlotte - i have owned and run the shop since 2013. I can help you in and out of each dress. Brides typically try 8-10 dresses at this appointment. You can bring a maximum of 3 guests, no children, babies or dogs please. if you feel ready to say YES to your dress - excellent! But please don't ever feel rushed or pressured... remember - you are welcome back for a second try on. If you do not cancel/amend your booking, or fail to attend your appointment without a minimum 72 hours notice you will be charged a non refundable £25

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 60-90 minutes for this appointment. You need to give a minimum of 72 hours notice to amend or change your booking... cancelling last minute or not turning up for your appointment doesn't help any business -please be mindful of this when booking your appointment, and on the approach to your appointment. Failure to allow a minimum of 72 hours to amend/ change / cancel, or not showing up for your appointment will result in a £25 non refundable 'no show' fee being charged. I suggest coming by yourself or with 1 or 2 trusted friends/ family members. But 3 will squeeze in/ are ample opinions. No children, babies or dogs. Please look on the website prior to booking your appointment - to ensure you like the style of the dresses i have in the shop. Prices range from £699-£1999 (gowns on the sale rail must be paid for in full and taken with you at the time of purchase - i can not hold/ store these gowns).
